AboUt: Aruna Ladva
Aruna Ladva has been practising soul conscious meditation for over 40 years. During this time, she has become a prolific writer, serving to make the spiritual wisdom she continues to gain, deeply accessible, with a style and language that speaks to everyone.
She was born in Kenya, educated in England, worked in Canada, spent time in the USA and lived in Turkey, Bahrain, Kuwait and other parts of the world. She travels regularly to India and the headquarters of The Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University.
It was through The Brahma Kumaris at the age of 8 that she had her first encounter and experience with soul conscious meditation. By the time she was 14 she knew exactly what her life’s purpose was to be. She has become an experienced and dedicated teacher and helped to establish meditation centres in Vancouver, Istanbul, Bahrain and Kuwait City. She is a Certified Negotiator in Conflict Resolution and has a self-published book on the subject, ‘Conflict Resolution’ (click here for your own free copy). She also launched an eight-book series with the theme, ‘It’s time…’, a collection of inspired writing, covering a wide range of the relevant topics of today.
